Federal agencies have decided to end the mandatory screening for air travelers arriving in the U.S. via Liberia, effective Monday.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Customs and Borders Protection decided to remove Liberia from its list of countries requiring additional screening, USA Today  reports. The screening, in which travelers fill out questionnaires and have their temperatures checked, is currently conducted at five airports in the U.S. that service connecting flights from West Africa.

A Beginners Guide to Dental Implant Procedures, Prices & Quality? By Board Certified Dentists Internationale'

Overview dental implant basics, compare US, Mexico & Asia dental implant prices, understand procedures and quality by Dr. Christina Terrado Patient Adviser.

When someone tells you they are having a dental implant would you have any idea what it is or how it is done?

Let me keep it simple so you can explain it to your teenager after your umpteenth lecture to them about laying off the tooth destroying soda drinks.

First, Implant surgery is done in a dental clinic. But not by just any dentist.. A specialty dentist usually an orthodontist, oral surgeon or prosthodontist are licensed to perform this procedure. Now practice saying orthodontist and prosthodontist so you can say those words clearly - not like when your gums and tongue are full of novacaine.

Most know the orthodontist as the dentist who sets braces. A prosthodontist is not as commonly known. This specialist treats a variety of oral issues including cosmetic, maxillofacial, replacement of missing teeth and temporomandibular(tmj) disorder (say it again). They all have to study 3-4 more years beyond basic dental college. Implants are surgery.

The best dental implants are made of aircraft quality titanium metal screws, an abutment and crown. The finished result will look like and can function like real teeth. You can go back to eating apples, carrots, steaks and more with your implants. But to preserve your investment - treat them as they were your natural teeth - don’t crush ice, crack nuts or open bottle caps with them.

Scary Mexican Dentist Stories - Don't Let Your Dental Vacation Become a Horror Show

Call it a Mexican Dental Vacation, Dental Travel or Dental Holiday.. Whatever you call it...

If not planned properly - dental tourism can be your worst nightmare come true.

By David de Los Angeles

Here's how to avoid starring in your own dental vacation horror story:

 1.  Always get estimates from board certified dentists who are accredited for your procedures. Board certified dentists in most developing countries cost the same as less trained general dentists. And many general dentists would love to learn advanced dentistry at your expense. Board Certified Dentists Internationale' Association will get 1-3 estimates for you without any additional cost or obligation.

2.  Choose dentists who speak your language.  So you won't need to know how to say “Take it easy doc!”  in  Spanish, Thai or Mandarin. Most foreign board certified dentists speak English fairly well as they often use English language textbooks and  many do graduate study in the US & UK.

3.  Avoid commercial dental broker agencies like WhatEva Dentist, Tooth Fairy-a-GoGo, DentureAdvetures etc. who list any dentists who pay their fees and who cannot possibly vet the 1,000’s of dentists they feature. Properly vetting each dentist can often take weeks contacting and recontacting local authorities and colleges. Best go direct to the specialist associations to avoid the non-certified dentists who make up the majority of the listings on those sites. The specialist associations do a good job keeping the riff-raff off their rosters. And by going direct you avoid the agency fees.

CABO DENTAL CLINIC, DENTAL IMPLANT, CABO DENTIST REVIEW by Certified Dentists Internationale'

Cabo San Lucas Dentist Reviews, Cabo Dental Costs - Forum

Los Cabos (Cabo, San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas) has many fun restaurants, museums, galleries, clubs, first-class hotels, malls, casinos and some of the best board certified dentists in Mexico.

FIND the Right Certified Cabo Mexico Dentist for Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, Orthodontics and more!

By David de Los Angeles Mexico Dental Consumer Advocate

Are you searching for a board certified dentist in Cabo?

If you are like most Americans for a Cabo dentist you want one who is an expert dentist for crowns, veneers, orthodontics and dental implants. A cleaning? You can get that at home but you can't get advanced dentistry in the US for a reasonable price anymore.

But you have to be careful in Los Cabos (or anywhere in Mexico for that matter) when selecting a dentist for your important dental work as most dentists in Cabo are only general dentists and they'd love to have a chance at doing your dental implants or cosmetic dental makeover.

Avoid general dentists when in need of a crown, root canal or dental implants in Los Cabos and go for the real deal. A Board Certified Cabo dentist can save you a lot of money and get your dentistry made right the first time

You've heard by now that you can literally save 1,000’s of dollars on your dental implants or cosmetic dentistry in Mexico. The numbers are tantalizing: Crowns for only $395-650usd that cost $800 to $2,500 in the US. Dental implants with name brand units complete with crowns costing $4,500 or more in the US are only $2,100. - $2400 by a certified implantologist in Los Cabos.

But you have to know where to go to get the work done right because if you let a general dentist under the hood - you may have to get the work done over again if you are unlucky.
